Most of the British team have now arrived in Jesenik, Czech Republic, where everyone is excited about the upcoming European Championships competitions.
Last night (Monday 16 May 2016) at 19.59 (GMT), the International Orienteering Federation have confirmed that a new WORLD RECORD has been achieved regarding participation in orienteering activities during one day.
This weekend saw the annual 10-Mila weekend. Tiomila is the biggest race of the year for Swedish, and arguably all Scandinavian Orienteering Clubs. British team athlete Ralph Street was part of the winning Men’s Team Södertälje Nykvarn.
Wednesday 11th May has already started in New Zealand, and as the day goes on, thousands of orienteering events will take place all over the world. Right now there are more than 2,000 locations registered to take place all over the world
